Creating space that goes beyond the limited space of a brochure. Brochures are more than just a piece of paper it is a great intro to the company. We design to motivate and capture a target audience and have them want to learn more about our product and service.
Creating a user friendly trifold brochure that will guide new pet owners through the adoption process and taking care of the Boston Terrier breed. The brochure will provide new adoption information about the breed as how to feed,
foster and adopt options and what the organization stands for. Important information like the Mission statement will also be included in the packets.
Who Are the Users
First time Pet owners are our Customers.
I researched by visiting collecting my competitors brochures designing a more intriguing brochure.
Then analyzed the shapes and elements of the brochure. I broke down these elements into a minimal black and white space.
I did the same with my brochure to create a strong balance of negative and positive space that was interesting and useful for the customer. I made sure the brochure sections worked together and individually with a great visual balance.
Progressing from a minimal design; I added color then styled the fonts. Proofreading the html content.
Finally I added emphasis and color value to the overall composition. The challenging part about this project was creating a dominant page in the tri-fold brochure.
For the Future
The next step is to expand the range of creativity with bold colors, typography, and UX/UI design. UX/UI is important for usability and value to creative design.
